I brightened up the new seating area with flower planters made from two recycled plastic barrels. This was my first pair of planters on the allotment, with a variety of plants that I hand-picked, arranged and planted! It was so much fun make.
It’s been very quiet in the wildlife pond over winter but I had a surprise waiting for me on Good Friday, followed by an even more rewarding surprise last night! It’s only a small pond, one that I upcycled from a Belfast sink last summer.
